What you’ll do
- Win new business – prospect and close French-speaking SME & mid-market clients on multi-year energy contracts.
- Build the team – hire, onboard and coach a best-in-class French sales pod.
- Own the market – map competitors, pricing trends and regulatory shifts across France & Benelux.
- Hit and lift targets – exceed monthly margin goals; design KPIs for your future team.
- Collaborate – work with UK trading, sustainability and tech teams to deliver tailor-made, low-carbon solutions.
What you’ll bring
- Native/near-native French and professionalEnglish.
- 3+ years’ high-performance B2B sales (energy, SaaS or other consultative product).
- Proven experience hiring or mentoringcolleagues.
- Comfortable negotiating five-figure deals and presenting C-suite ROI cases.
- CRM-savvy (we use custom built software) and data-driven.
- Bonus points for energy-market knowledge or UK/FR regulatory insight.
