Role Description
We are looking for a Freight Forwarder (Export Clerk) – RoRo Liner Service Team to join our growing operations.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in London.
The successful candidate will be part of our dedicated liner services team, focusing on RoRo cargo and supporting day-to-day shipping operations. Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating export bookings and cargo documentation
- Managing customer and supplier communications
- Ensuring smooth end-to-end cargo handling and vessel operations
- Supporting the development of our liner agency services in the UK market
- Delivering exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in freight forwarding, exports, or liner agency operations
- Knowledge of RoRo, Flat Rack, or Container shipping
- Strong understanding of freight transportation and logistics processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and industry-related software
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Desirable Skills
- Experience in RoRo liner service operations (booking, documentation, customer liaison)
- Sales communication and telephone etiquette
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle operational challenges
- Previous experience liaising with shipping lines, ports, or terminal operators
