The Opportunity
This is an ideal role for a self-employed sales professional who’s looking to add a high-quality product to their portfolio. Our offer is proven, visually impactful, and easy to understand—and we’re ready to scale with the right person leading our sales outreach.
You’ll be selling:
- Hireable Public Art Trails – ready-to-go creative trail packages perfect for seasonal events or BID initiatives
- Bespoke Commissions – tailored creative installations, co-designed with communities and place-makers
Projects range from £10,000 to over £100,000, with an average deal size of around £50,000—meaning high-value commissions are within reach.
Your Role
- Lead generation & outbound outreach – using our prospect data and marketing materials
- Engage target clients – including BIDs, local authorities, and charities
- Build relationships – with a consultative, creative approach
- Collaborate with our founder – who will support you on proposals, pitches, and creative concepts to help close the deal
We’ve done the groundwork: our ideal clients are clearly defined, our marketing assets are ready to go, and we have case studies and previous projects to support your conversations.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You…
- Have a strong track record in sales – ideally project-based, creative, or B2B sales
- Know how to move leads through a pipeline—from first contact to closed deal
- Are confident in presenting ideas, adapting proposals, and managing relationships
- Value flexibility – this freelance role works well alongside other projects or commission-based sales portfolios
- Have an interest in arts, placemaking, or local communities
- Are based in (or can occasionally travel to) the Midlands
