3Koncept (3K) is a new start-up creative consultancy based in London, providing strategic direction to business owners across the hospitality, lifestyle, and creative industries. We believe in nurturing talent, fostering innovation, and creating bespoke solutions that align with our clients' identities and goals. With neurodivergent insight at the core of our methodology, we naturally anticipate challenges, simplify complexity, and structure ideas through a values-led and creatively flexible lens.
We perceive and operate differently from the norm. We believe talent exists in individuals with diverse needs and strengths, and to truly nurture and support it, we must adapt. Our focus is on three key principles:
- Results Over Process – Your performance is measured by your KPIs and outcomes. As long as you deliver, we offer flexibility in how you work.
- Reliability & Accountability – Being available and punctual when needed is essential.
- Integrity & Respect – We foster a culture of kindness, harmony, and ethical conduct, with zero tolerance for gossip, bullying, or workplace politics.
We recognise that micromanagement stifles growth, confidence, and creativity. Instead, we seek out unique individuals with creative talent, offering them a space where their brilliance is valued. Open communication is deeply encouraged—ideas, thoughts, and feedback are not just welcomed but required. By fostering an environment of transparency and collaboration, we ensure a workplace where everyone can thrive—a haven for the creative, and (sometimes) misunderstood and overlooked.
As our freelance HR consultant, you'll be more than a traditional HR lead — you’ll help shape and support our internal culture while also designing recruitment frameworks for our clients’ businesses. We need someone who understands our mission and actively contributes to building a workspace that’s inclusive, adaptive, and aligned with our long-term vision.
You’ll work closely with the Creative Director to design unique job roles, recruitment strategies, and HR systems that reflect the evolving needs of both 3K and our clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety over routine, takes pleasure in solving complex people and process challenges, and thrives in a dynamic, high-autonomy environment.
*This is a freelance opportunity with the potential to evolve into a part-time or full-time role based on performance, development, and overall alignment.
