We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Football Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and a commitment to educating young athletes in the fundamentals of football. This role involves not only developing players' skills on the pitch but also fostering teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
Duties
- Plan and conduct training sessions that enhance players' skills, fitness, and understanding of the game.
- Educate players on game strategies, techniques, and rules of football.
- Assess individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback to promote improvement.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages participation and personal growth.
- Organise team meetings and communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaching staff.
- Ensure the safety of all participants during training sessions and matches.
- Collaborate with other coaches to develop comprehensive training programmes tailored to various skill levels.
Experience
- Proven experience in sports coaching, preferably within football or a related field.
- Strong understanding of football tactics, techniques, and physical conditioning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire players.
- Experience in educating young athletes about the sport is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required for training sessions and matches.

Pay: £12.50-£15.00 per hour
Experience:
- Football coaching: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- FA Introduction to Football Coaching certificate or above (preferred)
