Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring a clean and efficient food service environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and customer service, with the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Duties
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food service area, including dining spaces and kitchen equipment.
- Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the shift.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
