We're looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team and to assist the Food and Beverage Manager.
The Spread Eagle is a family owned and run business and with thirty-nine delightful bedrooms and a modern Spa housed in one of England's oldest coaching inns dating back to 1430. History, character and charm await you around every corner.
Some of the skills you will need
- Ability to organise a shift and direct team members
- Proactive and organised
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude
- An ability to demonstrate high levels of attention to detail and accuracy
- Good command of English, written and spoken
- A commitment to customer service and the ability to deal with any unexpected situations or complaints
- Heaps of stamina

Previous supervisory and food and beverage experience are essential.
