Food & Beverage Assistant (Full and part time available)
Seckford Hall Hotel & Spa is a magnificent Tudor building in the heart of Suffolk, steeped in history and set amongst 35 acres of private Suffolk countryside. The hotel boasts 42 rooms, a 2 AA rosette restaurant, leisure and spa facilities. We are now recruiting in our Food & Beverage team to make sure every client and customer has a memorable experience that rocks!
You need to be passionate about customer service and always willing to go the extra mile.
What we’re looking for:
● A team player willing to work within our restaurant and bar, taking orders, serving drinks and ensuring our guests have a fantastic experience
● Preferrable experience in a customer facing role
● Communicate with other team members to ensure guests needs are being met
● Organised and methodical
● Well presented, polite and friendly with excellent communication skills
● Have a flexible and adaptable attitude and be able to work as part of a team and use your owninitiative
● High level of customer service skills
