Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items, ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner, adhering to service protocols.
- Support catering events by setting up, serving, and clearing away food and drink items efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Uphold food safety regulations throughout all aspects of food preparation and service.
- Bar experience is beneficial.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with catering services is an advantage.
- Experience as a barista or in food preparation roles will be beneficial.
- A strong understanding of food safety practices is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are crucial for success in this role.
