The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently processing customer orders while providing exceptional service. Responsibilities
- Take customer orders accurately via phone or in person, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
- Communicate effectively with customers to clarify their needs and preferences.
- Employ upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Enter order details into the system with precision, maintaining high standards of data entry.
- Resolve any customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace to ensure a welcoming environment for customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Experience in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not essential.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team environment.
