Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Assist guests with menu selections, providing recommendations and upselling where appropriate.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns regarding food safety or quality.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately using basic maths skills.
- Support the team in various tasks as needed, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
- A basic understanding of culinary practices and food safety regulations is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Ability to work effectively in a team while also being self-motivated when required.
- A keen interest in the hospitality industry with a desire to learn and grow within the role.

Pay: £12.21-£15.00 per hour
