We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated person to join our team. You will play a crucial role in providing great guest experiences in a fast-paced café/restaurant environment. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a great dining experience. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Take accurate food and drink orders while offering recommendations to enhance the dining experience through upselling.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our high standards of food safety and quality.
- Manage multiple tables efficiently while providing attentive service to all guests.
- Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and adherence to food safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organised dining and work area.
- Assist kitchen in dish-washing.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café or pub setting is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
- A passion for guest services and the ability to create memorable dining experiences.
- Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required.
