Sunningdale Care Home is looking for a passionate and dedicated Fluid Champion to join our team. What you'll do:
- Monitor and record fluid intake for residents.
- Promote hydration through regular fluid offerings and personalized care plans.
- Collaborate with staff and families to ensure adequate hydration.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills.

Shifts will be 8 a.m. to 14.00 each weekday.
