Job Responsibilities
Server:
- Welcome and seat guests courteously and promptly.
- Take accurate orders and provide menu recommendations.
- Maintain table cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Provide attentive beverage service.
- Anticipate and address guest needs throughout the meal.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Promote additional menu items and upsell when appropriate.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Flexibility in role and tasks to support changing business needs and schedules.
Runner:
- Transport meals from the kitchen to guests promptly.
- Ensure correct dishes go to the correct tables and guests.
- Assist servers by refilling drinks, clearing plates, and resetting tables.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service.
- Respond quickly to guest requests and needs.
- Flexibility in role and tasks to support changing business needs and schedules.
