Freelance Photographer/ Videographer and Floor planner located in South East London
You will be required to visit properties on a daily basis to take photographs and /or produce a floor plan sketch and a short video in accordance with the Home Exposure standards and guidelines.
You will be required to upload your photographs and floor plan sketches by 7pm on the same day of any appointment carried out. Videos/video footage is required within 24 hours of the appointment taking place and prefers same day if possible.
Skills and Attributes Needed
Outstanding customer service focus and experience of liaising with high-end clients
Advanced photography skills with a focus on quality - ideally 2 years experience
Confident to provide accurate floor plan sketches.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and vendors.
UK driving license With access to a vehicle, motorbike of bicycle
