Fleet Coordinator – Prestige & EV Vehicle Operations

We’re now looking for an organized, proactive Fleet Coordinator to support the logistics, scheduling, and maintenance of our exceptional fleet.
Your Role
You’ll play a key role in the daily operation of our fleet, ensuring vehicles are in the right place at the right time, in perfect condition, and ready for client delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all vehicle deliveries, collections, and driver schedules
- Ensure timely vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs
- Manage and maintain fleet records, schedules, and asset tracking systems
- Conduct robust vehicle check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide accurate and timely administrative support to the Fleet Manager
- Liaise with repairers, valeting teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Identify issues early and flag vehicles for downtime, repair, or replacement
What You'll Need
- A full UK driving license (essential)
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and work to tight timelines
- A team player with a can-do, solutions-focused mindset
- Comfortable being hands-on and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
