Fleet Administrator

ROLE DETAILS:
Fleet Administrator is responsible for maintaining records for the Fleet and Maintenance teams, particularly in the areas of fixed penalty notices and document management. The role supports the Fleet Compliance Manager, to assist with their daily workload, in relation to anything Fleet related. The role is also responsible for PCN's and toll tag management. The role also requires communication of ideas and recommendations through verbal and written reports and to organise data in a clear and structured way.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Manage a log of PCN's
- Responsible for the administration all road traffic, parking offences and PCN's ensuring copies are kept along with delivery receipts and the offence database is accurate and up to date at all times.
- Update the London Lorry Control website with current
- Update the Dartford Tunnel
- Administer the Severn/Humber/Mersey tunnel tags and M6 toll
- Ensure any vehicles stood down for later use, are SORN when applicable
- Identify and report driver details where required
- Ensure 100% compliance of all commercial vehicles, trailers, and company car fleet, in conjunction with fleet maintenance providers and site teams.
- National VOR reporting and supporting sites with kit availability
- Support fleet and maintenance team with
- Take part in structured regular reviews with service
- Ensure 100% visibility of all fleet daily and notify our insurance providers of any
- Ensure sites are checking all hire/leased vehicles/cars in and out for damage, with photographic evidence.
- Maintaining online vehicle maintenance system
- Maintaining physical files
- Raising POs as well as recording and reporting spend
- Maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers / colleagues / stakeholders
- Maintaining shared inbox and assisting with queries
