Fitness & Wellbeing Coach – Exmouth Leisure Centre

Join LED Leisure and help people feel better and get more out of life. We're looking for a motivated Fitness & Wellbeing Coach to support our members in achieving their health and fitness goals in a welcoming, community-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver fitness MOTs and personalised training plans
• Support member journeys and retention initiatives
• Lead exercise classes (if qualified)
• Promote wellbeing programmes and provide fitness advice
• Maintain safe and welcoming facilities
• Assist with tours, membership sales, and customer engagement

What You’ll Need

• Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification (YMCA or equivalent)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for health, fitness, and community wellbeing

Desirable: First Aid certificate, Exercise to Music or coaching qualifications
