About the Role
This isn’t just another marketing job — this is a chance to help shape a fitness brand from the ground up. As TRYN’s Social Media & Influencer Manager, you’ll be the creative driving force behind our TikTok Shop presence, social media campaigns, and creator partnerships while working close with the founder.
You will develop and execute strategies that drive sales, grow our community, and position TRYN as a premium performance lifestyle brand. You’ll work closely with gym influencers, UGC (User-Generated Content) creators, and production teams to ensure every piece of content resonates with our audience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the full content strategy for TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms.
- Identify, onboard, and manage UGC creators and influencers to create authentic, high-performing content.
- Set up, optimise, and manage the TRYN TikTok Shop, ensuring product listings and campaigns maximise sales.
- Plan and execute video shoots, product showcases, and creative campaigns.
- Create short-form content including TikToks, Instagram Reels, behind-the-scenes videos, training tips, and product demos.
- Analyse performance metrics to refine and improve campaigns for engagement and conversion.
- Manage community engagement — respond to comments, DMs, and build relationships with our audience.
- Collaborate with the wider team on promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Promote our new products, whether that be supplements, mats, accessories etc.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Creative storyteller with a passion for fitness, gym culture, and social media trends.
✔ Proven experience creating high-quality video content for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
✔ Experience managing influencer or creator partnerships.
✔ Familiarity with TikTok Shop, e-commerce platforms, and social commerce strategies.
✔ Strong understanding of video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.).
✔ Data-driven mindset — able to use analytics to optimise campaigns.
✔ Excellent communication skills, proactive, and highly organised.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Previous experience in sports, activewear, or fitness brand marketing.
- Experience with paid social ads.
- Photography or advanced video production skills.
