Responsibilities:
- Fish Frying and other cooking Skills
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Prepare and serve food items according to company standards
- Upsell additional menu items or promotions to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
- Assist with kitchen duties as needed, such as food preparation and dishwashing
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating change
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to ensure orders are prepared and served in a timely manner
