This is a home-based role with travel to client sites within your targeted area and occasional overnight stays where required. What you receive for joining us:
We’re offering a salary of £40,000 to £60,000 depending on experience. We want to hear from all experienced Fire Risk Assessors, and we’ll reward your expertise with a package that also includes 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a day off for your birthday, fuel card, company vehicle, CPD support, full training and excellent opportunities for career progression within the Compliance Group.
Here’s a look at some of the things you’ll be doing:
- Carrying out detailed fire risk assessments across diverse client sectors including Education, Health, Retail and Public Sector
- Producing clear, high quality reports with action plans to support compliance and risk reduction
- Providing expert fire safety advice to clients, liaising directly with building managers and health and safety teams
- Supporting clients with ongoing compliance through site visits, reviews and professional guidance
Can you show experience in some of these areas:
Proven track record delivering fire risk assessments across varied property types such as care homes, retail, warehousing and residential blocks- Recognised third party accreditation such as IFSM, IFE or FRACS with a commitment to CPD
- Excellent communication and client facing skills with experience advising senior stakeholders
- Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally to client sites
