Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Fire and security sales professional to join our team. You will receive a basic salary up to £45,000 plus bonus and commission. OTE well above £70,000.
Responsibilities
- Create, identify, capture & monitor new and existing business opportunities in the fire and security sector.
- New sales, upselling & cross-selling across the Fire & Security portfolio to maximise business presence within your area of operation.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through various channels, including networking, cold calling, site surveys, client meetings and attending industry events.
- Remain updated on industry standards, competitor activities, and potential customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close sales effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
