We are looking for two experienced Fire Alarm Installers to join our team for a large-scale commercial project based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. The project involves the full 1st and 2nd fix installation of fire alarm systems including beacons, sounders, and associated cabling/accessories.
This is a long-term opportunity, with the project expected to run for 12–24 months, offering consistent work and the chance to be part of a high-quality team delivering to strict industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install fire alarm cabling and containment during 1st fix stage
- Install and commission sounders, beacons, and other accessories during 2nd fix
- Interpret site drawings and plans accurately
- Work in coordination with other on-site trades
- Ensure all work meets British Standards and health & safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience installing commercial fire alarm systems
- ECS/CSCS card (Gold preferred but not essential)
- FIA qualifications or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience with cabling containment (tray, trunking, conduit)
- Own tools and transport
- Ability to work to tight schedules and communicate with the site team
- UK national, as security clearance will be required
