The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving internal administrative and CRM processes, supporting client and adviser communications, and ensuring high standards of data quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update records using internal databases and CRM systems
- Provide responsive and professional support to internal and external stakeholders via phone and email
- Cleanse, input, and monitor B2B data to support marketing and CRM initiatives
- Ensure data accuracy and quality using third-party verification where needed
- Assist with processing applications, fees, and invoices
- Manage shared inboxes and ensure timely stakeholder communications
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, IT) on data-led projects
- Ensure all data handling complies with GDPR and internal governance standards
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in an administrative or data-focused role (experience in a regulated environment such as legal or financial services advantageous)
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (CRM experience a bonus)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
- Positive, flexible, and collaborative attitude
