- Payroll Administrator-
- Purchase ledger processes including coding, invoice entry and allocating payments-
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on Xero accounts package-
- Manage sales ledger and credit control processes, liaising with the commercial team, raising invoices and chasing payments and retentions-
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and accruals.-
- Bank reconciliations & allocations-
- Monthly VAT submissions-
- CIS submissions-
- Corporation Tax-
- Processing weekly and monthly payrolls accurately and on time inclusive of Sub-contract wages & expense re-imbursements. This will include CIS verification & deduction-
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance and statutory requirements are met-
- Handle queries relating to pay and deductions-
- VAT-

We require someone that can hit the ground running and is proficient with Xero accounting software and payroll package.
