Are you looking to grow your career in finance and operations within a purpose-driven organisation? The Follicular Lymphoma Foundation are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance and Operations Officer to support the Head of Finance and help drive efficiency across our charity.
This is a fantastic developmental opportunity for someone with strong numerical skills, at least 3 years’ finance experience, and a can-do attitude. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to finance, governance, HR systems, and CRM tools like Salesforce – all while playing a vital role in our growth and impact.
What you'll do:
- Process payments, expenses, and donations
- Support managing Purchase and Sales ledgers
- Maintain accurate records and financial systems
- Support audits, reporting, and compliance
- Champion our CRM system (Salesforce) and streamline donation data
- Collaborate with teams across the Foundation
