Job Overview
As a Finance Assistant, you’ll be involved in the day-to-day finance operations, helping to ensure the accuracy of reporting and providing insights into business performance. This is an ideal role for someone at the early stages of their finance career who’s keen to build hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will follow a hybrid schedule, spending at least two days each week in the Norwich office and three days working from home. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, totaling 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and post sales and purchase invoices
- Review and manage debtors and creditors
- Perform data entry and regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Process expense claims and company credit card statements
- Support the Financial Controller in the preparation of monthly accruals and prepayments to ensure accurate reporting of income and expenses.
- Liaise effectively with internal teams across Tiger Eye Consulting Ltd and other relevant Group subsidiaries to gather necessary financial data
- Undertake Ad hoc tasks or responsibilities as required to support the Financial Controller
Skills and Experience
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data entry and reconciliations
- Excellent communication skills and strong organisational skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software (Sage)
- Exposure to bank reconciliations and invoice processing
