Finance Assistant
Healthy Investment are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant, based at their offices in Bury, Greater Manchester.
The role is ideal for someone who has completed their AAT level 2 and is working towards their level 3 and looking to gain valuable experience in a long established financial services firm.
The role involves using Microsoft Dynamics and the Society's bespoke software to create journals, reconcile bank accounts and post invoices.
The post holder will have responsibility for managing direct debit collections and commission and fee payments to financial advisers.
You will also deal directly with members, dealing with questions about their direct debits, new investments or withdrawals. This will involve calculating the value of their investment using either our policy administration system or in excel.
You’ll support the efficient running of the office, organising post, scanning documents and maintaining a tidy and safe working environment.
A minimum of 5 GSCEs at level 4 or above, including Maths and English are essential as well as AAT level 2 or experience in a similar role.
A working knowledge of Microsoft applications including excel are needed.

Pay: £23,000.00 per year
