Westminster Homecare, part of the long-standing family run Care at Home Services Group, provides domiciliary care through care branches located across London, Essex, Buckinghamshire and East Anglia. Due to expansion we are now seeking an experienced Field Care Supervisor to develop our existing care staff and ensure that we continue to deliver exceptional care.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in care and have a real passion to ensure that our Service Users receive the highest possible level of care.
You will be required to work every other weekend with a Wednesday off each week.
You will also be required to cover on call.
The Role:
- To assist in the efficient administration of care and support staff
- To undertake new service user assessments
- To maintain ongoing service user compliance, by undertaking care plan and risk assessment reviews
- To undertake MAR chart and daily log audits
- To record all necessary information clearly and legibly in line with record keeping policies and procedures.
- To undertake on-call duties as directed and record all activities to the office
- Deliver care to service users (Minimum of 17/5 hours per week)
