The Role: Multi Site Team Leader (Supported Living, Lincoln)
For this role, a full UK driving licence and previous Team Leader experience in adult social care are essential
Contract: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Salary: £14.37per hour
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex needs in a supported living setting.
- Lead by example, ensuring high-quality care aligned with CQC standards and person-centred care plans.
- Foster meaningful relationships and encourage community involvement through engaging activities.
- Oversee daily operations, including supervision of staff, rota management, and compliance checks.
- Empower and inspire a team of support workers to deliver outstanding care every day!
