We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Assistant at the Holiday Inn London-Luton Airport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in all areas of Food & Beverage, including the Bar, Restaurant, Room Service, and Meetings & Events.
- Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner.
- Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service.
- Prepare set ups for tables and/or rooms.
- Follow cash/payment handling procedures.
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Up-sell using the latest department incentives.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Strive to achieve department targets.
- Maintain cleanliness in work areas.
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
- Adhere to the licensing law.
- Assist other departments as necessary and maintain good working relationships.
- Commit to delivering high levels of customer service.
