Due to our continuing growth, we are now looking for more Admin consultant to join our passionate, agile and creative team in Manchester. We have 1 position open for the Admin Consultant and will be assigned to a team to assist the consultant on a daily basis.
You have responsibilities such as:
Dealing with designs and fabric samples
Monitoring and chasing sample making
Dealing with orders from customer through to despatch
Liaise with China factories and UK customers to confirm information of orders
Monitoring and control process and timing of bulk production
Reporting directly to team leader
Daily Basis:
Customer liaison - telephone, occasional internal/external meetings, order confirmations, sample requests/approvals, handling day to day email correspondence
Supplier liaison - placing of orders, monitoring and progressing orders, ordering samples & inputting specs/amendments, price/shipment date negotiation
Managing critical paths, project and time management (expected to manage this on your own)
Inputting orders accurately onto database & accurate maintenance/update
Co-coordinating dispatch of orders with various departments
Paying attention to details
Career path (depends on performance):
1st year: Admin consultant, the first year you will be working as an Admin Consultant, basic admin daily tasks, assisting team leader to follow up samples and orders. Probation period will be the first 6 months. Training will be provided during the first 3 months employment. You will be entitled to various bonuses after the first 3 months.
Salary + various bonus: 25.5K+
Potential pay rise will be based on your performance review annually after first year.
Successful applicants must have:
Knowledge of critical path management is a must
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Good communication in English (verbal and written) and computer skills are required
Able to speak fluent Mandarin and type in Chinese
Experience/knowledge in fashion merchandising / fashion marketing will be desirable
Multicultural and full of enthusiasm
Strong Microsoft Office and typing skills
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
