We’re looking for a motivated Factory Supervisor to lead our team and ensure high-quality production standards are met every day.
Are you an experienced carpenter with strong leadership skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment?
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily factory operations and production workflows
- Provide hands-on support in carpentry-related tasks and quality control
- Train, guide, and oversee factory staff to ensure efficient and safe work practices
- Monitor inventory, materials, and equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Enforce health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean, organised workspace
- Collaborate with management on production goals and process improvements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in carpentry (trade certification preferred)
- Strong practical and mechanical aptitude – this is a hands-on role
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead position
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality
- Familiarity with production tools and safety protocols.
