We are seeking a Facilities Support Specialist- Site Focal to join our UK and Ireland team. This is a key role in a high profile, strategic Boeing facility and will lead on the following activities:

Operations management and compliance, business support services and multiple delegated business activities such as Facilities & Asset Management, Finance & Business, Security & Fire Protection and Indirect Supply Chai

Responsibilities:

Overseeing International Facilities Management (IFM) contractor activities and partners with relevant internal organisations to evaluate IFM contractor proposals to ensure compliance with standard operating procedure

  • Monitoring and coordinating project implementation activities to ensure cost, schedule and regulatory requirements are me

  • Administering all site facilities including IFM contractor activities, Contractor Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMs), creates and issues IFM contractor permits for work ensuring safe IFM contractor induction in line with Boeing ‘Go 4 Zero’ policies/procedures and UK Health & Safety La

  • Providing cost/schedule visibility such as management and IFM contractor reviews to ensure compliance with standard operating procedure

Required Skills and Experience:

Facilities Management (FM) experience in an operational site, preferably in a Manufacturing environmen
