As a Facilities Supervisor with Sodexo, you'll enhance the services of our vibrant corporate site, offering a helping hand to ensure flawless facilities operations and keep things running smoothly.

What you'll do:
  • Coordinate and monitor planned and reactive maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion and accurate record-keeping.
  • Manage task allocation, scheduling, and updates using CAFM and SAP systems, in line with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Liaise with internal teams and contractors to support procurement, quotations, invoicing, and remedial works.
  • Provide business-wide admin support, including reporting, minute-taking, and purchase order management.
  • Maintain effective communication, adapt to changing priorities, and uphold high standards of service and compliance.
What you'll bring:
  • Must work well within a team and be able to make decisions based on own knowledge and initiative.
  • Must have strong IT skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Database-type software
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A strong foundation in education, with GCSE passes in Maths and English.
  • Be flexible to work outside core hours when required.
