As part of Space Solutions Ltd our FM team provides full support and management of FM contracts. We can take full operational and commercial responsibility for service delivery, managing in-house teams and any supply-chain partners. About the Role
This role will be a Facilities Coordinator and will require you to deliver customer focused support on our client site and the wider FM Space Team.
Essential Job Functions
- Provide an effective response to customer queries
- Provide Admin support to client when required.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reviews for presentation to client.
- Ensure RAMS and Service Reports are up to date.
- Issue work permits.
- Liasing with contractors to ensure best service is provided and keep client updated.
- Reception cover when required.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential
- Confidence in working on own initiative
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
