About the Role

Are you passionate about the automotive industry and keen to share your skills with the next generation? Keighley College is seeking a dynamic, committed Motor Vehicle Teacher Facilitator to join our growing Study Programme Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant and forward-thinking department, supporting learners to gain practical, industry-relevant skills that prepare them for successful careers.

What You Will Do
  • Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching and practical demonstrations in Motor Vehicle studies across a range of levels (Entry to Level 3).

  • Support students’ learning and progression through structured lesson planning, assessments, and feedback.

  • Contribute to curriculum development in line with industry standards and emerging technologies.

  • Maintain high standards of health and safety in the workshop and promote safe working practices.

  • Provide pastoral support and act as a mentor to learners, fostering motivation and professional behaviour.

About You
  • Industry-recognised qualifications in Motor Vehicle

  • Teaching qualification or Assessing qualification (or willingness to work towards one).

  • Relevant industry experience in automotive maintenance and repair.

  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping young people succeed.

  • Ability to work flexibly, manage time effectively and contribute to a collaborative team.
