We at Bedford Window Cleaning are looking for the right people to join our growing team, we have positions for working on our domestic window cleaning team.
We are looking for someone who loves working outdoors with a change of scenery everyday. You must be able to work well on your own and as part of a team.
As a company carry-out various cleaning & maintenance works from Window Cleaning, Gutter Clearance, Solar Panel Cleaning Pressure Washing, Roof Moss Removal, Soft washing, Roof Repair, Brick Re-pointing, Chimney Repair & Roofing and other building maintenance under Bedfordshire Property Services Ltd which Bedford Window Cleaning is a trading name of.
This position will require you to carry out, Commercial & Domestic Window Cleaning, Fascia & Soffit Cleaning, Gutter Clearance and other Exterior & Interior cleaning related services for our domestic and commercial customer base.
We are really looking for someone who is wants to work outdoors in all weathers working in our window cleaning teams.
This position is for a full time candidate who has a Full UK Manual Licence.
Experience
This position is primarily for Domestic & Commercial Exterior Cleaning although you may be required to carry-out other repair related works associated with our Business.
- Other experience would be beneficial as our works covers a wide range of exterior cleaning & repair activities.
The pay range shown is based on experience, starting pay will be discussed during an interview.
Pay range will be determined based on competency's demonstrated during your probation period.
Positions available for 40 hours per week, This is a a 4 weekly average some week will be longer or shorter than others with the the average being 40 hours per week.
For our exterior cleaning team we operate on a 5 day week at approx 8 hours on a Monday - Friday normal start times are 7:30-8 am and finishing 15:30pm - 4pm. Occasionally we will start and finish outside of these times to cater for certain customers, we do need to remain flexible in order to complete the work. If we work extended hours this will either be paid as overtime or there will be a shorter day later in the week to balance things out.
