We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive outstanding service, from taking orders to delivering food and drinks with a smile. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus, providing recommendations when necessary.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using a point-of-sale system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines during food preparation and service.
- Assist with basic kitchen tasks as needed, including food preparation and cleaning duties.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with hospitality practices.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple tables during busy periods.
- Experience in guest services with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively, enhancing the dining experience for guests.
- Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £14,890.12-£30,402.16 per year
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
