We are looking for a compassionate, skilled and reliable support worker to join our small, dedicated care team, providing support for our client with complex and clinical needs. This is a highly rewarding role where you will make a real difference in their daily life, offering both essential care and valued companionship. This Location is based in Tolpuddle DT2 area.
You will be supporting the client with a variety of clinical tasks, including PEG feeding, hoist transfers, medication administration, oxygen therapy, colostomy and catheter care, syringe driver use, and management of pressure ulcers and chronic pain.
This role involves long day shifts and night on weekends, so it would suit someone who enjoys building strong, consistent relationships and has the time to commit to quality care. You must be comfortable around dogs, as her friendly canine companion is part of the household.
To join us, you’ll need:
- Proven experience supporting individuals with complex and clinical needs
- A full, valid UK driving licence
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service
- A caring nature, patience, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
- Right to work in the UK
Pay rate: £13.70 – £13.90 per hour
