Job Summary
The Food and Beverage Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring a high standard of service within our establishment. This position involves assisting with the preparation and serving of food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional hospitality to our guests. Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to meet quality standards.
- Serve food and prepare drinks for our guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest enquiries and requests promptly.
- Assist with catering events as required, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Experience in catering or bar roles is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
