The Role:
- We are looking for a highly experience Head Barista (+2 years making coffee in a busy environment and excellent customer service skills)
- Up to 5 shifts per week (20-30 hours)
- Availability on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be needed
Salary: £13.50 -14.50/hr
Service charge + Tips (Excellent customer service is essential)
What we are looking for:
- extensive experience making coffee, smoothies and milkshakes
- an engaging personality and interest in customers
- willingness to learn about our menu and explain it to customers (training will be provided)
Responsibilities in the job:
- Prepare speciality coffee, tea, smoothies and milkshakes
- Deliver Exceptional customer service
- Take orders and engage with customers on the drink and food menu
- Maintain coffee equipment and cleanliness of café
