The Role:
- We are looking for a highly experience Head Barista with +2 years making coffee in a busy environment and excellent customer service skills
- Up to 5 shifts per week (20-30 hours)
- Availability on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays is a must
Salary: £13.50 -14.50/hr
Service charge + Tips (Excellent customer service is essential)
What we are looking for:
- experience making coffee, smoothies and milkshakes in a busy environment
- someone who enjoys getting to know our customers and making them feel very welcome
- willingness to learn about our menu and be able to explain it to customers (training will be provided)
Responsibilities in the job:
- Prepare speciality coffee and tea, smoothies and milkshakes
- Deliver Exceptional customer service
- Take orders and engage with customers on the drink and food menu
- Maintain coffee equipment and cleanliness of café
