Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism. This role requires proficiency in various software applications and a keen attention to detail, ensuring that all operations run smoothly.
Duties
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records for various projects.
- Handle incoming communications with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in the preparation of financial documents using QuickBooks as needed.
- Organise and maintain office files, ensuring that all clerical tasks are completed efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations and support various departments as required.
Skills
- Proven administrative experience with a strong background in office environments.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accuracy in clerical tasks.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not essential.
- Exceptional typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
