The Ex-cellar and Supply Planning Co-ordinator is the focal contact for suppliers, transporters and internal teams for the day-to-day operational tasks associated with inbound shipping.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of Liberty Wines, including its subsidiaries, ex-cellars transactions
- Being the focal contact for suppliers, transporters, the Goods In and Supply Planning teams for the day-to-day operational tasks associated with inbound shipping.
- Being the focal contact for Bond customers, their transporters, the Goods In and Bond Compliance teams for the day-to-day operational tasks associated with deliveries of the public bond customers’ stock.
- Coordinate with various internal stakeholders for the onboarding of new bond customers.
- Ongoing maintenance of public bond system, creating items, vendors and purchase orders upon receipt of bond customers' orders.
- Handle and archive all the import documentation related to the shipment of inbound orders in the UK and Ireland.
- Monitoring of transporters' KPIs and rates against their invoices
- Establish effective communication channels with suppliers and customer’s transporters
- Process Ex-cellar invoices processing & handle electronic data interchange (EDI) procedures
- Monitor outstanding orders and ensure accurate status updates and delivery dates
- Liaison with bonded and duty paid warehouses and transporters
- Maintain records and ensure discrepancy control of Goods In
- Any task associated with the Supply planning department reasonably requested to undertake/cover for other roles
About you
- Excellent attention to detail, to ensure precision in tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all internal and external stakeholders
- Process driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Numerate and computer literate including advanced Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas)
- Ability to build strong relationships with key accounts, colleagues at every level and external suppliers
- Knowledge of other European languages would be advantageous
