We're seeking a dedicated Cellar Supervisor to play a central role into the logistics operation for all the variety of events taking place across ExCel London, home to some of the world's largest conferences and summits. As Cellar Supervisor you'll play a key part in event logistics for our fast-paced hospitality offering, delivering and collecting beverage to the events refrigeration points, setting up cellar equipment and being responsible for any break down collection.

Cellar Supervisor - the role
- Building and delivering cellar stock sheets to the events refrigeration points
- Operating sets up & break down for every cellar equipment such as beer cooler and water machines
- Collaborating with the Beverage Logistics Manager on accurate cellar stocktake
- Managing any surplus beverage following events
- Following and improving operating and cleaning procedures together with the department management team
What we're looking for
- Experienced in leading the implementation of change programmes to deliver operational benefits
- Comfortable working within brand guidelines to deliver results
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communications skills
- Previous P&L accountability and evidence of commercial nous
- Demonstrates flexibility and agility
- Calm and structured approach, coupled with resilience and problem-solving skills.
- A forklift driving license is a bonus!
