About The Role
Hours of Work: 5 Days over 7, flexibility required (20 hours per week)
Rate of pay:
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations;
- Ensure audits and checklists are completed accurately and on time;
- Conduct regular inspections;
- Complete required cleaning duties to the highest standard and in line with Company and Client procedures;
- Report any areas of concern to the Area Manager;
- Ensure that stock levels are properly maintained and provide information to the Lead Cleaning Supervisor/ Area Manager to ensure appropriate purchasing;
- Ensure that all chemicals and products used for cleaning are stored and used according to the manufacturer’s instructions and directions to ensure a safe working environment and minimise risk of accident and injury;
- Maintain and store all allocated equipment and ensure that appropriate, well-maintained and properly serviced equipment is used at all times.
- Ensure that the team provides a first-class service to our client and the community.
- Plan and issue daily tasks to team of operatives and ensure that these are completed on time and to the required standard;
- Hold daily briefings with operatives and communicate any relevant messages and updates as required;
- Conduct Site induction, initial and refresher trainings, monthly Toolbox Talks, etc.
- Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
- Familiarity with company policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organisational and leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of English language is a requirement
