We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service to our clients. The Cleaner will be responsible for ensuring that all areas are kept tidy, safe, and welcoming.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas.
- Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good condition.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.
- Provide excellent customer service by being courteous and professional at all times.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English to communicate clearly with clients and team members.
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
- Ability to drive may be beneficial for roles requiring travel between locations.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.
