We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy, organised, and welcoming. This position is essential for providing a pleasant experience for clients and visitors alike.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to ensure high standards of hygiene.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishment as needed.
- Follow established health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning duties.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to drive is advantageous for travelling between multiple sites if required.
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and organisation of spaces.
- Time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
