EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL !! Are you semi-detached from your current job?
We are looking now for an experienced property lister / valuer!
We will expose you to the vibrant Plymouth property market and give you the opportunity to be involved with valuing and listing some of the finest ( and ugliest !) architecture in Plymouth and helping our clients with the whole moving process!
You will need previous experience of estate agency and in particular listing, this is really important! If you're someone who finds it difficult to sit still, don't worry you will be out and about a lot of the time. No day will be the same. You will already be inquisitive, compelling and have a natural ability to gain people's trust. For you it's about talking, not texting. You will have excellent organizational skills and an outgoing personality.
To you, an incredible customer experience means you actually 'do' give a monkeys and won't think twice about picking up the phone to a nervous client at the end of the day or weekend.
It's rarely an 'easy listing'. From tough competition to getting the valuation right and negotiating the very best fee, it can be super rewarding being out there on the road winning business. Our clients will look to you for your expertise, patience and adaptable approach. You will have an outstanding knowledge of the local area and market.
From day one you will have an impact. You will work closely with a vast amount of experience around you from directors and senior sales consultants, you'll need to be an expert in local market trends using real life stories to inspire your next call.
You will take true pride in teaching our prospective clients 'why Falcon' when it comes to such an important asset.
